High Plains Church Unitarian Universalist

Our History

High Plains Church Unitarian Universalist was founded in 1994 to create a home for liberal religion in northern Colorado Springs, creating a place where people can celebrate together regardless of personal creed and work together for peace, justice, and understanding.

Over the years, High Plains Church has met in many different locations, including storefronts, elementary schools, and middle schools. The church has grown in spiritual depth, impact on the world, and in numbers.

In 2007, the church purchased its own building at 1825 Dominion Way.
