Please join us in the HPCUU Zoom Room
Tuesday, December 20th, from 6:30-7:15 pm.
Hosted by: HPCUU Care Team and Rev Kelly Dignan
The holidays often set up big expectations that are hard, if not impossible, to fulfill. We often experience difficult feelings in the face of tremendous loss, exclusion, or separation from family, and holiday overwhelm. People sometimes keep up the smiling face or the “family front” just to look like they are creating what a holiday should be, yet inside, they are feeling differently. One of the primary responsibilities a spiritual community has is to gather up wisdom and support one another during these times. Rev. Kelly Dignan will offer a contemplative space to honor the loss and grief that has been experienced this year in particular.
Rev. Kelly is a spiritual director and coach who empowers people to deepen and accelerate their connection to true self, community, nature and Spirit. She is a mystic with a deep connection to the natural world. Kelly holds a Master of Divinity from Iliff School of Theology, is a Board Certified Coach and an ordained Unitarian Universalist (UU) minister. She served three Colorado congregations before focusing on spiritual coaching, and before that, she had a 22-year career in business.
