Come join Sebrena Forrest and Rev Julia as we take this journey together to learn some of the historical offerings about the Native peoples who first populated the land our current sanctuary sits on. We will also explore where contemporary lineal descendants live, and receive some native insights and philosophy gathered along the way. Guest, Sebrena D. Forrest is of the Mohawk Nation. She has received many cultural awards from organizations which support leadership and the arts. She is a storyteller, ceremonial singer, musician, writer, and artist. She prays for greater understanding between all people and respect for Mother Earth. Our Third Sunday Offering will support the organization One Nation Walking Together.
